Thomas C. Byrne, Chairman. Mr. Byrne has been a member of the board of directors of Jamba, Inc. since January 2005. Mr. Byrne has served as administrative partner of New River Capital Partners, a private equity fund, which he co-founded, since 1997. Prior to co-founding New River Capital Partners, Mr. Byrne was the vice chairman of Blockbuster Entertainment Group, a division of Viacom, Inc. Additionally, Mr. Byrne was president of the Viacom Retail Group and represented Blockbuster in all cross-Viacom opportunities. Prior to joining Blockbuster, from 1985 to 1987, Mr. Byrne was employed by KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Byrne has a B.S. and M.A. in Accounting from the University of Florida. Mr. Byrne is a certified public accountant and is a member of the board of directors of Certilearn, Inc., Intralearn Software Corporation, ITC Learning, Swisher International, Inc., Pivotal Fitness, and the Private Equity Committee of the University of Florida Foundation.

Diana Kleiman. Ms. Kleiman comes to Certilearn with over 25 years experience in the production of corporate communications, training and e-learning.  As President of AVDirectors, Inc. for 17 years and  VP/Director of Product Development and Content for Avaltus (formerly Payback Training Systems) for 8 years. Most recently she had developed company and  curriculum for supermarket chains which has been recently been acquired by Certilearn. Ms. Kleiman has extensive experience consulting with corporate clients in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, finance, grocery and retail, as well as associations, franchisors and government for the move into successful e-learning. Ms Kleiman has worked with Subject Matter Experts in the areas of health, safety, food safety and hospitality to provide cost effective and successful training, particularly for high turnover, entry level employees and management development. Supervising teams for the design, development and production she has produced  over 1500 hours of video, interactive CD-Rom and e-Learning curricula.

Jack Lynn, CPA, Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining CertiLearn, Mr. Lynn worked for Deloitte & Touche, where he managed the audit engagements of high profile public companies. Previous experience also includes service as a financial analyst for Claire’s Stores, a publicly traded company with worldwide retail operations. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Lynn earned a Master of Science in Taxation from Florida International University and a BA in Accounting from the University of Texas.

David A. Wortman , President/EON! Direct. Mr. Wortman has over nine years experience in the legal and technology fields.  As the founder and President of EON!, Mr. Wortman has successfully developed and implemented a model for the provision of online education and training.  Prior to forming EON!, Mr. Wortman worked as a consultant to organizations throughout the DC Metropolitan Area with various legal and/ or technology project needs. His most notable work was with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where he led several training initiatives for new government teams.  An attorney by trade, Mr. Wortman has specialized in Corporate Law and holds a license in the state of Virginia.  Mr. Wortman graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1997 where he was the President of the Criminal Law Society.  Mr. Wortman earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland at College Park.
